Description
Someone requested a Shining Lapras card a while back, so here's the progress on the art. I normally don't take requests, but this is something I wanted to do anyway (the request just made me get around to doing it sooner). Feel free to use it, just give credit when possible.

Man I love Lapras, it's one of my favourite Pokémon - and it's my most favourite Water-type!
I actually prefer the regular colours over the shiny - it's a nice drawing though!
